The pure products of three oxide two bismuth (bismuth oxide) have alpha, beta and delta type. The alpha type is a yellow monoclinic crystal, with a relative density of 8.9, a melting point of 825 degrees C, dissolved in acid, and insoluble in water and alkali. Beta type is bright yellow to orange, square crystal, relative density of 8.55, melting point 860 C, soluble in acid, insoluble in water. It is easy to be reduced to metal bismuth by hydrogen, hydrocarbon and so on. Delta -Bi2O3 is a special material with cubic fluorite ore type structure. The oxygen ion position in its lattice is 1/4 vacant, so it has very high oxygen ion conductivity. The main applications of bismuth oxide are electronic ceramic powder materials, electrolyte materials, photoelectric materials, high temperature superconducting materials, and catalysts. Bismuth oxide is an important additive in electronic ceramic powder, and its purity is above 99.15%. Its main applications include Zinc Oxide varistors, ceramic capacitors, ferrite magnetic materials, and three kinds of magnetic materials
