Usage:

The raw material for the production of tantalum metal. It is also used in the electronics industry. For lithium tantalate single crystal and manufacture of high refractive and low dispersion special optical glass, catalyst can be used in chemical industry.

Editing method

1., potassium fluor tantalate

Production method: heating potassium fluortantalate and sulfuric acid to 400 degrees C, adding reactant to boiling water and fully diluting the acidizing solution to form hydrate oxide precipitates. After separation, washing and drying, five oxidation of two tantalum products was obtained.

2. metal tantalum oxidation method: the metal tantalum sheet is dissolved in nitric acid and hydrofluoric acid mixed acid, purified and precipitated with ammonia water to precipitate tantalum hydroxide. After washing, drying, burning and grinding, five oxidation of two tantalum products will be obtained.
