Molybdenum baking (usually called industrial molybdenum oxide) is a major molybdenum product added to alloys and stainless steel to meet the requirements of steelmaking.
In order to meet the requirements of steelmaking, molybdenum oxide products have various forms and many kinds of packing.
Industrial molybdenum oxide powder has bagged, bottled and canned industrial molybdenum oxide ball: no carbon globular, has bagged buckets and industrial molybdenum oxide block: a carbon block, 10 kg box to industrial molybdenum oxide purification with high purity can be prepared after sublimation MoO3, using wet chemical process could produce many pure molybdenum chemicals (mainly molybdenum oxide and molybdate salt).
First, it is decomposed in alkaline media (ammonium or sodium hydroxide) and then precipitated and filtered (or solvent extracted) to remove impurities.The obtained ammonium molybdate solution can be converted into various molybdenum products by crystallization or acid precipitation.These molybdenum products can be further processed into high purity molybdenum trioxide.
