Bismuth sodium titanate (BNT) is an a-position composite ion perovskite ferroelectrics invented by Smolensky in 1960.Belongs to trigonal system at room temperature, Curie temperature 320 ℃, with strong ferroelectric, piezoelectric constant, dielectric constant is small, fine features, such as acoustic performance is good and its sintering is low, is considered to be the most attractive lead-free piezoelectric ceramic materials.
NBT based piezoelectric ferroelectric ceramics have good temperature stability, excellent piezoelectric properties, small dielectric coefficient and large anisotropy, especially suitable for high frequency applications.Sodium bismuth titanate (Na0.5 Bi0.5) TiO3 based lead-free piezoelectric ceramics, the thickness of because of its high electromechanical coupling factor kt, relatively low plane electromechanical coupling coefficient KP, high frequency of Nt and the dielectric coefficient of smaller, become the preferred alternative PZT series material.
