High Purity 20nm 95 / 5 90 / 10 Nano Indium Tin Oxide with alias ITO Powder for IR Cut and Target

 

The main component of the ITO film is indium tin oxide. When the thickness is only a few thousand angstroms, it has high transmittance and strong conductivity of tin oxide. The ITO glass used for LCD is a conductive glass with high transmittance. Because ITO has strong water absorption, it will absorb water and carbon dioxide in the air and produce chemical reactions, which is commonly known as "mildew", so it must be dampproof when storing.
The ITO layer is prone to generate ion exchange reaction in active positively charged ionic solution, forming other reactive substances with poor conductivity and transmittance, so in the process of processing, try to avoid long time in active positive valence ion solution. The ITO layer is composed of many tiny grains. The grains will become smaller and smaller during the heating process, which will increase more grain boundaries. When electrons break through the grain boundaries, they will lose some energy. So the ITO layer of ITO conductive glass will increase with the increase of temperature below 600 degrees.
