Sodium antimonate (Sodium antimonate), also known as sodium pyroantimonate, is a sodium salt of antimony acid. The molecular formula is NaSbO3 with a molecular weight of 192.75.

It's a white powder. Soluble in tartaric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid and so on, slightly soluble in alcohol, ammonium salt, insoluble in acetic acid, dilute alkali and rare inorganic acids. Insoluble in cold water, a colloid is formed by hydrolysis in hot water. Used as opaque filler, enamel for enamel and acid resistant paint of iron and steel, used as a glass clarifier and as a flame retardant.
